The stuffed eggs are ideal for a party.

The eggs are boiled 10 minutes in boiling water with a teaspoon of salt over low heat.
Allow to cool the eggs in cold water, in order to prevent that the yolks cook too far.
Let them stay in the cold water until they are complete cold.

The stuffed eggs have a slightly sweet flavor with a hint of spiciness.

preparation time: about 1 hour.
Amount: 20.


10 eggs (size XL) boiled and cooled,
1 tablespoon mayonaisse,
0.25 tablespoon hot curry sauce (Hela),
0.5 tablespoon sambal badjak (King Bird),
0.5 tablespoon Australian ginger syrup,
0.5 to 1 tablespoon sugar,
1 tablespoon vodka (Absolut, black current),
fresh ground 4-season pepper (to taste),
salt (to taste),
chopped chives.


Halve the hard boiled eggs and remove carefully the yolks with a teaspoon.

Mash the yolks through a blender with the ginger syrup, chili badjak, vodka, curry, salt and pepper 4-seasons.

Mix mayonaisse so much there, so the mass still remains firm.

Then mix the sugar cane there.

Taste it and make it go on its own 4-season taste with salt and pepper.

Fill the eggs with the mixture.

Serving suggestion:

Garnish the eggs with some chopped chives.
