This relish salad is given to the guests so they can cool the taste of the spicy dishes.
One can choose to eat it separately, or mixing it through the spicy food.
However, if you think your dinner is not hot enough, you can mix through a finely sliced chili pepper.
Also can you serve extra Pilli Pilli or hot red peppers in a lemon sauce or tomato sauce with it.

Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Servings: 4
250 grams of white cabbage,
125 grams carrots,
1 sweet white onion,
1 green bell pepper.
1 red chili pepper.
Cut the white cabbage small.
Peel the carrot and then slice it into strips of 1 by 1 millimeter thick.
Chop the sweet white onion finely.
Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper.
Cut the green bell pepper into small thin strips.
Remove the seeds from the red chili.
Cut the red pepper into very thin strips.
Mix in a large bowl thoroughly.
Divide the salad relish in 4 small bowls.
There is no extra dressing and it is not seasoned.
