A fresh and light main course.
You can use this recipe as an appetizer for 6 persons.

Curry noodels with stir-fried vegetables enough for 2 persons.

Servings: 2 (main course) to 6 (appetizer).

Preparation Time curry lasagne sheets: 2.5 hours.
Preparation Time dish: ± 15 minutes.

Ingredients curry lasagne sheets:

200 gram wheat flour,
1 tablespoon curry Masala,
2 teaspoons hot curry,
3 teaspoons ginger powder,
3 teaspoons turmeric,
Original African sea salt mix with green herbs (Fair Trade),
1 tablespoon ginger syrup,
2 large free-range eggs.

Ingredients dish:

400 g chicken breast (cut very small),
0.25 liter water,
1 tablet Chicken broth,
200 grams sugar snaps,
1 red bell pepper (cut into small pieces),
200g mushrooms (sliced),
200 grams broccoli (cut into small pieces),
300 grams pineapple (cut into small pieces),
40 grams butter,
2 large onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon oregano,
sea salt,
